Holistic Reflexology

40 mins€40

Reflexology is a holistic method of alternative therapy that has it 's roots in ancient cultures. They linked the soles of the feet with maintaining the physical health of the body and sought to map them so that the pressure in specif parts of the foot is reflecting in the corresponding part of the body to which it is addressed and to act beneficially and effectively. It is also known that most of the nerves endings are located in the feet, the soles of the feet and the toes , with the result that the massage of those areas has a corresponding effect on the other muscles and organs of the body. It gives a complete feeeling of relaxanion and relief from pain and fatigue.

Cellulite Cupping Massage

40 mins€45

Most of us have cellulite, and we've all been fooled into despising it by gimmicky workout routines and diets. But cellulite is part of your body, part of most of our bodies, and it has very little to do with weight and certainly shouldn't affect our self-worth. Having cellulite is totally normal, beautiful even. Cellulite Cupping therapy moves your blood, increases circulation, and reduces the buildup of fluid, so it's pretty much perfect for helping to reduce the cellulite. The suction of the cups also breaks up the cellulite and changes the texture of your skin with repeated use.

Cupping Massage

30 mins€40

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. This help with pain, improves overall blood flow, and promotes cell repair, relaxation and well-being. Cupping may be trending at the moment, Celebrities and Olympic athletes began to put the cupping technique you've probably seen the pictures with the red round marks. But the therapy can be traced back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese and Middle Eastern times. The early use of cupping instruments in ancient Greece is documented on one of the “iamata” of the Asklepieion at Lebena, Crete. In ancient Greece, Hippocrates – a physician by profession and who is regarded as the father of modern medicine, used cupping therapy for treating internal disease and structural problems.

A truly wonderful experience!🩷🌷☀️
I booked a Deep Tissue Massage as a surprise gift for my partner and a Pure Radiance facial treatment for myself. It was one of the highlights of our holiday in Kefalonia.
My partner absolutely loved his massage and left feeling completely relaxed and very happy. The surprise was a complete success! My facial treatment was also absolutely superb—relaxing, beautifully performed, and one of the best facial treatments I have ever had.
A special thank you to Eva and her colleague, who welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism and made it possible for us to enjoy our treatments at the same time. Thank you also for helping me organize the surprise and making the whole experience even more special.
We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
I will definitely recommend Olive Zen to all of my friends who decide to spend their holidays in Kefalonia. If we come back to the island, we will certainly return.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful experience! ❤️
